THE TEAM BEHIND RED STITCH ANALYTICS.
Red Stitch Analytics is an independent group of MLB handicappers. Between us we have spent decades watching baseball — modeling games, tracking lineups, and learning the hard way which kinds of plays actually hold up over a long season. Each morning we publish a single, curated daily report. That's it. Same group, same process, every day.
Twenty-plus seasons watching MLB. Builds the daily Master Slate, sets the leg order, and signs off on every publish.
Builds the in-house projection models, monitors line movement, and flags anything that disagrees with the book in a meaningful way.
Tracks late lineup news, pitching changes, ballpark conditions, and wind reports. Owns Pro Alerts.
Final read on every report. If a leg can't be explained in one clean sentence, it doesn't ship.
HOW WE BUILD THE SLATE
A simple, disciplined daily process. Nothing more, nothing less.
Each analyst posts their initial reads independently before any group discussion.
We meet, debate, and only keep the games where the team has a clear, conflict-free angle.
The Editor approves the wording, sizes the slate to 4–6 legs, and publishes.
The Scout monitors lineups, weather, and late changes — and pushes Pro Alerts if anything moves the picture.
HOW WE TALK ABOUT RESULTS
Sports are uncertain. We are confident in our process; we are not magicians. We never promise a winning outcome.
Every graded slate is posted — wins and losses — exactly as they happened. We don't hide losing days.
If we can't explain why we're on a play in one or two clean sentences, we don't publish it.
